We recently completed a home renovation with Kore Design and Build, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Yama and the entire team were professional, organized, and highly attentive to detail from start to finish.

Kore Design was our builder of choice when we decided to renovate our entire home which included an addition. Our experience with Yama Asad and his team was exemplary. The quote stage was outlined clearly with costs, materials and timelines- which allowed us to budget proactively and minimize the financial stress. Any changes thereafter were managed via change requests which allowed us to be in control of our budget at all times. This also allowed us to see where we could indulge to get a higher grade finish. During the material selection phase, Yama guided us with quality, costs and how it would impact the overall look and budget. In addition, Yama having a design background pushed the boundaries of the design elements both to the interior and exterior that gave it a high end look while still retaining the earthy natural tones bringing in a lot of natural light and elements of nature into the home- which was our requirement. The best part of the process was that Yama was always responsive and available for our queries and or concerns and proactively communicated the phases and what to expect and we got to build every step together. We were also very grateful for the constant guidance that we could trust and felt he had our best interest at heart. Yama took an otherwise stressful project and made it a great experience and we now have a beautiful home.
